This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Obello (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and how we handle personal information that we collect through our website, www.obello.com, and our platform that is made available through our website (collectively, the “Service” or “Services”). Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy are defined in our Terms of Service.
1. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION
We collect the following categories of personal information from you (or from the Enterprise Customer, if you are an Authorized User):
Information you provide to us:
- Contact and account information, such as your first and last name, business email address, as well as the username and password you use to access our platform.
- Employment information, including your job title and the name of the company you work for.
- Feedback or correspondence, such as information you provide when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise, correspond with us online.
- Payment information needed to complete your transactions with us, including name, payment card information, and billing information. This information is processed by our payment service provider, which may handle your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not have access to your full payment card information.
- Usage information, such as information about how you use the Services and interact with us, including information associated with any content you upload to the Services or otherwise submit, and information you provide when you use any interactive features of the Services.
- Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving communications about our Services and details about how you engage with our communications.
Information we obtain from third parties:
- Automatic data collection. We and our service providers may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with the Services, such as:
- Device data, such as your computer’s or mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., WiFi, LTE, 3G), and general location information such as city, state, or geographic area.
- Online activity data, such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, the website you visited before browsing the website, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, and duration of access, and whether you have opened our marketing emails or clicked links within them.
We use the following tools for automatic data collection:

- Protect our, your, or others’ rights, privacy, safety, or property (including by making and defending legal claims).
- Audit our internal processes for compliance with legal and contractual requirements and internal policies.
- Enforce the terms and conditions that govern our website and Services.
- Prevent, identify, investigate, and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical, or illegal activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft.
3. PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARING

Authorized Users. If you are an Authorized User of an Enterprise Customer, your User Content and any personal information included within that User Content may be viewable by other Authorized Users of the Enterprise Customer, depending on the actions you take with that User Content.
Professional advisors. Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers, and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
Authorities and others. Law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith, are necessary or appropriate for the compliance and protection purposes described above.
Business transferees. Acquirers and other relevant participants in business transactions (or negotiations for such transactions) involving a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or other disposition of all or any portion of the business or assets of, or equity interests in, Obello (including, in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings).
4. YOUR CHOICES
Deletion of personal information. If you would like, you can delete your account, and your personal information associated with it, through your settings on the platform. Please understand, however, that it may be impossible to delete this information completely, due to backups and records of deletions. In addition, we may deny a deletion request if (i) the denial is necessary for us to comply with applicable law, (ii) the denial is necessary for us to comply with our agreement with the Enterprise Customer, or (iii) the request pertains to content that you posted on a portion of the Services available to other Authorized Users of the Enterprise Customer and that cannot be deleted without impacting the Services experience for other Authorized Users. You may not request the removal of de-identified, anonymous, or aggregate data from our databases.
Opt out of marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing-related communications by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions contained in the marketing communications we send you.
Limit online tracking: Here are some of the ways you can limit online tracking:
- Block cookies. Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser settings. Many browsers accept cookies by default until you change your settings. Use the following links to learn more about how to control cookies and online tracking through your browser:
- Firefox; Chrome; Microsoft Edge; Safari
- Use privacy plug-ins or browsers. You can install a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.

By providing these links, we do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed these sites. Please contact the third-party sites directly for information on their privacy practices and policies.
6. RETENTION
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, while we have a business need to do so or as required by law (e.g., for tax, legal, accounting, or other purposes), whichever is longer.

We employ a number of technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, no security measures are failsafe, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.
8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the website or as otherwise required by law.
